We always try our best to send your parcel on the day payment clears in our account, except on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays where your parcel will be sent on the next working day.
Please remember that we are not the courier company so we can't give exact postage times. Most parcels take between 2 - 5 days to arrive to main areas in New Zealand but that is just an approximate, rural delivery may take longer. So please if you do need something for a special occasion it is your responsibility to order the item and give appropriate postage allowance. We will not be responsible for an item that has not arrived in time.
