Please email us at: vaultlucifer@gmail.com to purchase one of our gift vouchers, We ask for the persons Trademe User name (the account that will be spending the voucher). We can still issue a voucher without the user name, but if the voucher was lost we can't take any responsibility for who spends it.
We have two voucher options available:
These are our most popular vouchers and we can send it to you or the lucky recipient. Printed vouchers have a small issue fee of $2 per voucher but standard postage (untracked) is free. These come in any value you would like over $15 and are valid for six months from the date of purchase - there are no refunds on vouchers that have not been used.
These are sent via email and come at no extra charge. These come in any value you wish but must be over $5.00 and are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. - there are no refunds on vouchers that have not been used.
Payment for gift vouchers can be made online via PayPal (Credit Card) or bank deposit.
These make perfect gifts and are very easy to use with our Trademe store. Full instructions are provided on the back of the gift voucher or in the email for online vouchers.
*Please note* As Vault Lucifer is Trademe based we may have downtime between auctions, so if we have no listings, they will be back up within 5 working days (usually 2 working days) but in the unlikely event that listings take longer than 5 working days to come back online we will automatically issue an extension on your voucher. If we know we are going to have extended periods of downtime we will advise you prior to purchasing a voucher, or if existing vouchers are still valid we will email and let you know of our extended downtime which will be added on to your voucher. No change or refunds will be given on gift vouchers. When you purchase a gift voucher from us you agree to these terms.
