Where is my package shipped from?
We currently have two locations one in Christchurch and one in Auckland. We ship from both of these locations. Stock levels determine where your package will be shipped from and what branch was first to process your order.
I have paid for my item when will you post it?
We post every day apart from Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. We try our best to send out your item on the day your payment clears in our account (which normally takes 1-2 business days). However if paying by credit card, payment is instant and we send out on the same day or the next business day.
How long does postage take?

As we are not the courier company we can only give an estimate, generally most packages take between 2-5 business days to arrive to main areas in New Zealand. Please allow more time for rural addresses.
We track all parcels with a value over $30, if your parcel is under $30 it may not be sent via a tracked service. We do not give out tracking numbers to our customers unless they email us. We really only track a parcel for our own security, not the customers.
As we are a clearance outlet if your size is not listed in our other listings we have sadly sold out.
Yes we do, however as we are a clearance outlet we don't have set items that will come on to our Trademe store, so sometimes we may only have ladies gear and other times we may only have mens gear, we just don't know!
We have a few courier options and also NZpost - We select who your parcel is sent with depending on which of our two locations your item is being sent from and also we sometimes make our choice on your postal address.
As we are a clearance outlet, we can't offer change of size/mind returns as all our items are on sale. If an item is faulty we will either replace or repair, however we do check all items before sending. The buyer needs to contact us via email within 48 hours of recieving the product to talk about further action.

Yes we do. You must contact us prior to using the buy now on Trademe and let us know the items you would like to purchase as some items can not be put on layby. Minimum purchase is $100 (excluding postage). We require a 15% minimum deposit which must be paid within 3 days of purchasing and you then have 4 weeks to pay the balance off. We can give extra time for larger orders. Contact us with your requirements.
Our suppliers are from the UK and USA only.
Yes we can, just contact us if you feel you qualify for combined postage.
Yes our products are 100% genuine and of very high quality. We work on a very small mark up on our items as they are on clearance. We just need to make room for our new orders, so take advantage of us and grab an absolute bargain!
Sadly not likely, we recommend that if you see something you like, grab it! As it is very unlikely that we will get that product back. Sometimes we can do special orders but the price would be much higher than the Trademe price as the item would not be at the clearance price.
No. We will never offer our items to watchers, we will either relist the items or sometimes we will then pass the gear on to our staff for promotional use.
